Delete your account and data

Applies to: MegaSham (website and Android app) — developer: JEFAMED LLC

How to request deletion

  1. E-mail info@jefamed.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the e-mail on your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +1 307 441 8228.
  2. Name the product (MegaSham) and your username or the phone number on the account.
  3. We confirm the request is yours through the Telegram or e-mail linked to the account, then delete the account within 30 days at most and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Account data (name, phone, username, password, e-mail, Telegram link), addresses, cart, followed stores, notifications, and ID and profile photos of drivers and merchants.

What we keep, and why

Records of orders, invoices and settlements the account took part in, for up to 5 years, for accounting, legal obligations and disputes. They are separated from your identity: an order keeps only the name and address as they were at delivery. Published ratings stay without your name.

Deleting only part of your data

You can delete addresses, unlink Telegram and edit your details from "My account" on the website, or ask for specific data to be deleted the same way as above.
