سياسة الخصوصية
تنطبق هذه السياسة على المواقع والتطبيقات التي تطوّرها وتشغّلها شركة JEFAMED LLC («نحن»)، ومنها منصة ميجا الشام (megasham.com وتطبيقها) وأنظمتنا الأخرى عند إطلاقها. لكل منتج صفحة خصوصية تفصيلية تُكمل هذه السياسة، وفي حال الاختلاف تُقدَّم صفحة المنتج.
1. ما نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، واسم المستخدم، وكلمة المرور (محفوظة مشفّرة)، والبريد إن أضفته.
- بيانات تيليجرام: عند الدخول أو ربط الحساب عبر بوت تيليجرام: معرّف الحساب والاسم فيه، والرقم الذي تختار مشاركته.
- العناوين والطلبات: عناوين التسليم، والطلبات وحالاتها، والتقييمات، والفواتير.
- للتجار والسائقين: بيانات المتجر أو الخدمة، والصور المرفوعة، وصورة الهوية عند التوثيق (تُحفظ في مخزن خاص لا تطّلع عليه إلا الإدارة).
- بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وسجل محاولات الدخول للحماية من الاحتيال، وملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية لعمل الموقع.
لا نجمع بيانات البطاقات البنكية: الدفع في منتجاتنا الحالية نقدًا عند الاستلام.
2. لماذا نستخدمها
لتشغيل حسابك وتنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها، وإرسال الإشعارات التي تطلبها (تيليجرام أو البريد)، وحماية المنصة من الاحتيال والحسابات الوهمية، والمحاسبة بين المنصة والتجار.
3. مع من نشاركها
مع الطرف الذي يلزمه لتنفيذ طلبك فقط: المتجر الذي تطلب منه، والسائق الذي يوصّل طلبك (الاسم والرقم والعنوان). ومع مزوّدي الخدمة التقنية الذين يعالجون البيانات لصالحنا: الاستضافة، وتخزين الصور (Cloudflare)، وتيليجرام لإرسال الرسائل. وللجهات الرسمية عند طلب قانوني ملزم. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات جهات أخرى.
4. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام قائمًا، وبسجلات الطلبات والفواتير المدة اللازمة للمحاسبة وحل النزاعات، وتُحذف سجلات الحماية التقنية دوريًا.
5. حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يمكنك تعديل بياناتك من صفحة حسابك، وطلب نسخة منها أو حذف حسابك. الطريقة في صفحة حذف الحساب.
6. الأمان
الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مشفّرة، ومحاولات الدخول محدودة، والخوادم محمية بجدران نارية.
7. الأطفال
منتجاتنا موجّهة لمن بلغ 18 عامًا، ولا ننشئ حسابات لمن هم دون ذلك عن قصد.

Privacy Policy
This policy covers the websites and apps built and operated by JEFAMED LLC ("we"), including the MegaSham platform (megasham.com and its app) and our other systems once released. Each product has its own detailed privacy page that completes this policy; where they differ, the product page prevails.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, username, password (stored hashed), and e-mail if you add one.
- Telegram data: when you sign in or link your account through our Telegram bot: your Telegram ID and name, and the phone number you choose to share.
- Addresses and orders: delivery addresses, orders and their statuses, ratings, and invoices.
- For merchants and drivers: store or service details, uploaded photos, and an ID photo for verification (kept in private storage that only administrators can see).
- Technical data: IP address and sign-in attempts to prevent fraud, and the cookies the site needs to work.
We do not collect payment card data: payment in our current products is cash on delivery or pickup.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, fulfil and deliver your orders, send the notifications you ask for (Telegram or e-mail), protect the platform against fraud and fake accounts, and settle accounts between the platform and merchants.
3. Who we share it with
Only the party that needs it to fulfil your order: the store you order from and the driver delivering it (name, phone, address). Technical service providers processing data on our behalf: hosting, image storage (Cloudflare) and Telegram for messages. Authorities when legally required. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists; order and invoice records as long as needed for accounting and disputes; security logs are purged periodically.
5. Your rights and account deletion
You can edit your data from your account page, and request a copy of it or the deletion of your account as described on the account deletion page.
6. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, sign-in attempts are limited, and servers are firewalled.
7. Children
Our products are intended for people aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly create accounts for minors.
