شروط الاستخدام
تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام المواقع والتطبيقات التي تشغّلها شركة JEFAMED LLC. لكل منتج شروطه التفصيلية (مثل شروط ميجا الشام)، وهي تُقدَّم عند الاختلاف.
1. الحساب
عليك تقديم معلومات صحيحة، والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور، وأنت مسؤول عما يجري من حسابك. يُمنع إنشاء حسابات وهمية أو استخدام حساب شخص آخر.
2. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع استخدام منتجاتنا لأي نشاط غير مشروع، أو للاحتيال، أو لمحاولة اختراق الأنظمة أو تعطيلها، أو لنشر محتوى مسيء. يحق لنا تعليق أي حساب يخالف ذلك.
3. البائعون والخدمات
في المنصات التي تجمع بائعين ومشترين (مثل ميجا الشام) يبيع البائعون منتجاتهم بأنفسهم، وهم المسؤولون عن وصفها وجودتها وأسعارها. نوفر المنصة ونساعد في حل الخلافات.
4. الملكية الفكرية
البرمجيات والتصاميم والعلامات ملك لـ JEFAMED LLC. يبقى المحتوى الذي ترفعه ملكًا لك، وتمنحنا حق عرضه ضمن الخدمة.
5. حدود المسؤولية
نقدم الخدمة «كما هي» ونسعى لاستمرارها وأمانها، ولا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن انقطاع الخدمة أو عن تعاملات الأطراف فيما بينهم، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
6. التعديلات والقانون
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط ونعلن التغييرات الجوهرية. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية وايومنغ، الولايات المتحدة.

Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the websites and apps operated by JEFAMED LLC. Each product has its own detailed terms (such as MegaSham's terms), which prevail where they differ.
1. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. Fake accounts and using someone else's account are not allowed.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use our products for unlawful activity, fraud, attempts to breach or disrupt our systems, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that do.
3. Sellers and services
On platforms that bring sellers and buyers together (such as MegaSham), sellers sell their own products and are responsible for their description, quality and prices. We provide the platform and help resolve disputes.
4. Intellectual property
The software, designs and marks belong to JEFAMED LLC. Content you upload remains yours; you allow us to display it as part of the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages from service interruptions or from dealings between users.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
